Exchange Policy

Each order is eligible for one exchange only.

We offer a 7-day exchange window from the date of delivery. Kindly inform us within this period by emailing us at fairyfitoor@gmail.com or by submitting a request through our website.

Items eligible for exchange must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with packaging, tags, and any accessories intact.

Exchanges are processed only in cases of size discrepancies or product defects.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, your replacement pair will be shipped within 7 working days, subject to availability.

If the same pair is not available, you may choose another pair of equal value from our collection.

Return Policy
