At Fairy Fitoor, customer satisfaction is very important to us. Returns or exchanges are accepted only in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products received. Customers must raise a return or exchange request within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team with clear images or an unboxing video as proof. Once the issue is verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund, as applicable. Products must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact. Please note that slight variations in color, design, or embroidery due to lighting or handcrafted detailing are not considered defects. Refunds, once approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original mode of payment.
