To request an exchange or return, please contact us within the applicable time period by emailing us at fairyfitoor@gmail.com.

To be eligible, items must be:
• Unused and unworn
• In their original condition
• Returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories intact

Once the product is received and successfully inspected, your replacement pair will be dispatched within 2 working days, subject to availability.

If the same pair is unavailable, you may choose another product of equal value from our collection.

For approved returns, refunds will be processed within 7 working days to the original mode of payment.
